Windows Live Writer is really cool!
I am setting up all my blog logs in one place: windows Live Writer. this way, once a day, I will be able to log on and post to all my blogs without having to log in every time.

How can a person keep on with her new resolutions of workout regularly and keeping fit with the help of her home gym? The answer I found that worked great for me is quite simple: I need to get my mind off the fact that I am exercising. I know many trainers will say you should focus on the exercises you are doing and look at yourself in the mirror to correct your posture while you workout , etc. If I do that, only focus on the exercises and push myself, I feel like stopping after ten to fifteen minutes into my exercise routine. On the other hand, when I am in my house gymnasium and workout on the machines, I don’t mind workout for more than half an hour if I am listening to my self-hypnosis recordings.
